Pricing & Construction Agreements
Once Bluebird Renovations is selected as the contractor, we will put together a detailed estimate for your project. We will work with you to help you understand the costs associated with your project and help you make decisions to stay within your budget.
In addition, Bluebird Renovations will put together a comprehensive agreement for your project. This outlines all of the expectations of the project, an estimated length of time, a payment schedule, and the detailed estimate.
How Long It Takes
Based on the scope of your project, Bluebird can give you an estimate of how long the project will take.
Products & Materials
As part of our services, Bluebird will help walk you through the process and help you navigate through the products and resources available for your project based on your budget.
Our Bids
Bluebird doesn't match bids from other contractors. As quality can vary from contractor to contractor it isn't an accurate comparison on weighing your decision on who should manage your project. At Bluebird Renovations, we have built a reputation on the quality of workmanship and detail we provide to each of our clients. This is reflected in our pricing as we provide only high-quality work on every project.
